Almost every doctor who worked at Valley Eye center is now facing formal charges from the state boards that license them. The latest is optometrist Elise Millie. The charges Dr. Millie is facing stem from her treatment of this patient, Alnisia Cruz seen in a videotaped deposition at her attorney's office.
