I would never ever in a million years tell someone how to live their lives.
Yet I always find it depressing reading obituaries like that. The man retires as an optometrist and takes a job at Macy's?? Why? For what? I just don't understand it. If he was happy then more power to him. But I simply can't fathom that.
Maybe I can....I sometimes fantasize about retiring and getting a job at Victoria Secret.
But seriously, I think that article shows again how important it is to retire TO something rather than FROM something.
