I would take this report and expand on it with a press saying...

"Every contact lens wearer must have a minimum of an annual evaluation by a 'Doctor of Optometry' to prevent sight threatening conditions. Blah ,blah blah..."


That type of PR drives patients into OD offices rather than mail order alternatives.
